Reflexology

Reflexology is a method for activating the natural healing process within our body.

A specific type of massage applied to the feet works on the premise that each area of the foot represents an organ or a particular area of the body.  Blockages may build up due to stress, ill health, fatigue and other symptoms of day to day life.

By releasing these blockages the body is able to relax deeply and begin to bring itself back into balance.
